- What do you sell?
- Four things, all from the same pot: bone broth in a 720 mL jar (8 JD) and a 1300 mL jar (12 JD), broth cubes (14 cubes, 7 JD), and beef tallow (320 g, 6 JD). See the range.
- Which size should I get?
- The 720 mL jar if you are trying us for the first time or drinking a cup at a time. The 1300 mL jar is better value per millilitre and makes sense if you cook with it most days.
- What are the broth cubes?
- The same broth, frozen into cubes — 14 to a jar. Drop one or two straight into a pot, or dissolve a cube in hot water with salt, pepper and lemon if you want to drink it. Keep them in the freezer.
- What is the tallow for?
- Cooking fat, rendered from the same bones. It has a high smoke point, so it suits frying, searing and roasting. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
- How much should I drink?
- A cup (230–320 mL) twice a day, once every other day, or 3–4 times a week. For most people one cup in the morning and one in the evening works well.
- How long does it last?
- Broth keeps 7–10 days in the fridge, or up to 6 months in the freezer. Cubes stay in the freezer until you use them. The 720 mL jar is roughly two to three servings; the 1300 mL jar is about four to five.
- How do I store it?
- Keep broth in the fridge and use within 7–10 days, or freeze it the day it arrives. The layer of fat on top is natural — it seals the broth underneath.
- What's in it?
- Beef bones, water, salt, turmeric, black pepper and bay leaves. That's the entire list — no additives, no concentrates. The cubes and the tallow come out of the same pot. See our broth.
- How do I order?
- Add what you want to your cart on the range, then open your cart to check out. You'll get an order number and the payment details on the next screen.
- How do I pay?
- By CliQ transfer from your banking app. The alias and the exact amount appear once you place the order — send the receipt on WhatsApp and we'll confirm. Your order isn't confirmed until the payment reaches us.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes, across Amman — delivery is a flat 3 JD per order, added at checkout. Tell us your area and we'll arrange the details with you.
